The Expert-on-Demand TM Modules – presented by our customer service experts – comprise interactive, audio-visual presentations of best practice. The 45-minute modules are broken down into bite-sized sections, ensuring easy-to-assimilate content that keeps the participant’s attention. The modules include customer scenarios allowing participants to learn through making “What I would do if…” choices. This effective learning method and is both fun and informative - and can be accessed by anyone with a broadband internet connection.

The Expert-on-Demand TM modules are mapped to the UK’s National Occupational Standards for Customer Service – ensuring that the content is up-to-date and relevant for people in a range of customer service roles.
